Senior Show Campaign

CHALLENGE
Design a cohesive event identity across media that announces Point Loma Nazarene University’s 2024 Senior Show. It must celebrate the Graphic Design and Visual Art senior capstone work and experiences. The design must creatively and clearly inform its viewer and capture the spirit of PLNU and its graduates.

SOLUTION
It was important to work with ideas that visually represented the graduating seniors, while also resonating with outside viewers. Each senior has had a different journey leading up to this milestone, and will go on to start a new path after it. I was inspired by the idea that we are all like a new “blank canvas” free to paint new lives and professional pursuits. The green color choice symbolizes where we each started at PLNU. The label uses typographic hierarchy in a structured grid to easily access the information. This identity provided a cohesive look and message when also applied to a postcard and Facebook cover image.
